Realogy Design System
About the project
I had the privilege of leading the design initiative to establish the Realogy Design System. This project emerged from conversations on how to improve the delivery of the design team and align with the overall product organization, particularly in light of our recent migration from Sketch to Figma.
Our objective was to create a system that would be easy for designers to adopt, facilitate seamless feature delivery and hand-off between design and engineering, and above all, simplify the process of prototyping, iterating, and delivering features for our users, ensuring a consistent experience across brands and platforms.
